it would depend on the person u had to apologize to.. some after a while get over the fact, others get bigger grudges... :)
I believe that if you feel the need to apologize for something, you should never have done it in the first place. Also, the sooner you DO apologize the less likely it is for the other party to hold a grudge.
Guessing this is about nick. He will forever forgive you because he loves you.
